| School holidays for the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Germany are now in your calendar up to summer 2028. Free weeks that fall in a school holiday are shown in orange: those are the weeks most worth filling. |

| Besides Booking.com and Airbnb, you can link other rental websites to your Villantis calendar as well, such as Vakantieadressen.nl. A booking there then automatically blocks those dates in Villantis, so you're never double booked. |

| These are the next ideas on our list. Which one would help you most? |
1. Guests pay online: deposit and balance with the payment methods they already use (such as iDEAL / Wero, Bancontact or card), and the booking is marked as paid automatically.
2. Your property website on your own web address (for example www.yourhouse.com).
3. Keep all emails with your guests inside Villantis, neatly with each booking, if you want to. Prefer your own mailbox? You choose.
4. Send guests a WhatsApp message straight from the booking. |
