Dear owner,
A lot has changed in Villantis lately, and we hope you are happy with it. If you have a question, or you would like something explained, we are here to help. Two things we want to point out.
💬 Support, from within the portal
Villantis now has dedicated support. Choose Support in the left menu of the portal, pick the type (question, improvement or problem) and the property it is about, write your message and send it. It reaches our team, and our answer comes back in the ticket and in your mailbox. You can reply there, and you can mark the ticket as resolved yourself. Read more

🟢 A page that shows whether Villantis works
On status.villantis.com anyone can see whether the booking widget, the emails to guests, the owner portal, incoming email, file uploads and Nice2Stay are working, with the last 30 days per part. You do not have to sign in. Read more
→ Bookmark it, for the moment you wonder whether something is down.
⏰ Reminders for insurance and other agreements
On the Administration tab of a property, in the card Costs and agreements, you can add your insurance policies and service contracts. Give a line an end date, or a renewal date with a notice period, and Villantis emails you 30 days and 10 days before the last day to cancel or before the end date. The reminders only go out for live properties. Read more

If your property is still in preparation, I'd love to take it live together with you: filling in prices and costs, putting the emails and the contract in your tone of voice, doing a test booking and placing the booking calendar on your website.
